How does the free trial work?
Pro is free for the first 3 days. Stripe takes your card at checkout but charges nothing until the trial ends, then $9.99/month. Cancel before then and you are never billed. One trial per account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my boards if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Free includes 1 active board, so if you have more you choose which one stays active.
Do my users need an account to vote?
No. Board pages are public — anyone with the link can submit a request or upvote one.
