How it works

Feature requests, out of your inbox and onto a board

Feedback arrives in support tickets, DMs, calls and a spreadsheet nobody opens. A public board collects it in one place, lets your users vote, and ranks the result — so deciding what to build next stops being an argument.

That second link is our own board — this is the product, running on itself.

The whole process

Three steps. No setup call.

  1. 01

    Create a board

Name it after your product and it exists. No fields to configure, no workflow to design, no setup call.

    About ten seconds.

  2. 02

    Share the link

Every board is a public page. Put the link in your app, your docs, your changelog or your support replies.

No account needed to post or vote.

  3. 03

    Build what wins

The list reorders itself by votes. Set a status so people can watch progress instead of asking for it.

    Your roadmap, written by demand.

Anatomy of a board

Four parts, and that is the entire product

There is no scoring model to configure and no workflow to design. A board is a ranked list your users maintain for you.

  1. One vote per person

The count is the whole ranking mechanism. Nothing to weight, score or triage by hand.

  2. The request itself

A title and a description, written by the person who actually wants it — in their words, not your summary.

  3. A category

Group requests so a long board stays readable, and so you can see which area of the product is under pressure.

  4. A visible status

Planned, in progress or shipped. Public status is what turns a request list into a roadmap people trust.

What you get

Enough to run a roadmap, and nothing else

A public page per board

Shareable, readable without an account, and indexable — so the questions people ask you privately get answered once, in the open.

Ranking by demand

Votes sort the list. The top of your board is the honest answer to what your users want next.

Statuses that close the loop

Mark something shipped and everyone who voted can see it. Fewer follow-ups, less "did you ever do this?".

One dashboard for everything

Every board, request and vote in one place. Edit, re-file, or archive without leaving the page.

You control the board

Edit or remove anything users post. The board is public to read and write, never public to moderate.

Not just feature requests

Bug reports, content ideas, integration wishes — anything you'd otherwise lose in a spreadsheet or a support inbox.

What it costs

Free for your first board

No time limit, no credit card at signup. Pro exists for when one board stops being enough — and comes with a 3-day free trial.

Questions

Before you start

Do my users need an account to vote?

No. Boards are public pages — anyone with the link can submit a request or upvote one. That is the point: the less friction, the more feedback you get.

Can I edit or delete what people post?

Yes. Everything on a board is yours to edit, re-categorize, re-status or remove from the dashboard. Public to contribute to, private to administer.

What do I get for free?

1 board with unlimited requests, voting and email support. It stays free — no time limit and no credit card at signup.

What does Pro add?

Up to 5 boards, advanced voting, dashboard analytics and priority support for $9.99/month, with a 3-day free trial to start. Cancel any time.
