By accessing and using FeatureRequest (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FeatureRequest is a platform that allows users to collect, organize, and prioritize feature requests. The service includes both free and paid subscription tiers with different feature limitations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

FeatureRequest offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 board with basic features
• Pro Plan: $9.99/month, up to 5 boards with advanced features. New subscriptions start with a 3-day free trial; the card entered at checkout is charged automatically when it ends unless the subscription is cancelled first

Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable law
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Contains malicious code or spam
• Is abusive, threatening, or harassing

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FeatureRequest be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
